Teaching Qualification
To qualify as Teachers in this work, individuals must undergo three years of competency based training at an AUSTAT approved training school.
Aiming for a high level of teaching maturity calls for a process of ongoing learning, responsibility and refinement.
Continuing education and evaluation are considered the norm in the Alexander community.
