What is the Alexander Technique?
The Alexander Technique is a practical method of re-educating our mind and body to improve movement, balance and coordination.
The Alexander Technique can be particularly helpful in the management of:

• Neck pain
• Pain associated with sedentary lifestyle
• Improve general wellbeing
The Alexander Technique is a way of becoming more aware
of the balance, posture and co-ordination of our bodies as we
perform our numerous everyday activities.
During lessons you will learn how postural poor habits
interfere with your freedom and ease and possibly cause pain.
You will also learn how to identify and change poor habits
for better ones.
